A finance manager for Egypt sees Egypt. So does their Copilot.

Access is granted per entity and checked on the server, in reports and inside the Copilot. Answers name what was left out.

In the product

  • Tenant isolation in the database

PostgreSQL row-level security keeps each organization’s data apart.

  • Entity-scoped access

Roles apply per entity, in reports, figures and the Copilot.

  • No ERP credentials for the AI

The Copilot calls only permission-checked finance tools.

  • Numbers bound to stored figures

Every number in an answer can be replayed and traced.

  • Hash-chained audit log

Entries are append-only and chained, so edits and gaps show.

  • Two-factor sign-in with step-up

TOTP at sign-in, and a fresh check before sensitive actions.

  • Approval limits

Amount tiers per action type, with segregation of duties.

Roadmap

  • In-Kingdom hosting

For groups with Saudi data residency requirements.

  • Single sign-on

Sign in through your organization’s identity provider.

  • Independent assessment

A third-party review of our controls. Scope and timing to be confirmed.

An intelligence layer, not another ERP.

Each entity keeps its own system. Naarvin syncs it on a schedule into one finance model, and ERP credentials never reach the AI.

  1. Your ERPs

One system per entity, or several.

  2. Secure connector

Scheduled sync, with every run recorded.

  3. Universal Finance Model

Accounts, entities, currencies and counterparties in one model.

  4. CFO Copilot

Answers only from stored, permission-checked figures.

  5. Where you work
